All About Us
The Hue and Cry Collective is a cutting edge gallery in the heart of the Geelong CBD, connected to a community of artists, poets and makers in residence. Co-founded by a group of Geelong creatives, the gallery strives to bring pioneering, emerging and high-quality art to their city.
Our two-story building provides a safe studio space for artists to work in. With communal areas and your choice of an open setting studio (upstairs) or closed off studios (downstairs), we aim to build connection within the arts community of Geelong, working together to find and give more opportunities to creators and makers alike.
Our in-store shop is full with the work of resident artists, showcasing a variety of mediums ranging from film photography to acrylic paintings, sculpture, garments and more.
We would also like to acknowledge that we are creating on the traditional lands of the Wathaurong people and pay our respects to elders past, present and future.
